Your VOIC Board of Directors has contracted with Junction Property Management to provide the following services, just to list a few:

> Dues invoicing

> Accounts receivable tracking

> Delinquent dues notification and collection

> Covenant compliance inspections and follow-up

> Resale certificates

> Association fax, postal mail, and answering service

> Intake requests for property modifications

> Professional property management guidance

The Board of Directors has limited the influence of Junction Property Management based on experiences with prior property management companies.

The Board of Directors intends to be fully engaged in the management of Association vendors and in covenant compliance. It is the policy of the Board of Directors to treat each Association Member as a neighbor and with respect.
