Junction Property Management provides copies of the following documents to title companies upon request when a homeowner sells their house.
Junction Property Management also completes a resale certificate and forwards it to the title company. The resale certificate verifies that the homeowner does not have any outstanding debt to the Association and that there are no covenant violations on the property.
Homeowners are urged to review documents #4 and #5 at least annually to ensure compliance. The Rules/Regulations were updated in 2013. They are easier to read than the first three legal documents and contain information that is most pertinent to the homeowner.
